Solution Centre Workshops offer a full range of support services to Apple, Bose and Canon products for home users to companies and walk in clients. Our main thrust is to provide top quality service, to keep you connected, productive and creative. Solution Centre is a certified Apple Authorized Service Provider that offers both in and out of warranty repairs for Apple devices even those not purchased from us.
Our Apple Accredited Engineers are just the right people to give you great advice or a boost in performance and ensure that your warranty repairs, hardware and software upgrades are done expertly and efficiently to get you up and running as quickly as possible with a priority service for critical repairs. All of our Technicians are Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certified.
In each of our stores our quick-thinking technicians are here to help you with advice, guidance and the odd little problem that you may have. If it is easy to fix they will do it while you wait, but if it is going to take a little longer to resolve they will have to create a ticket for your device. We keep you up to date with our progress at every key stage via email or SMS via an automated service that requires your valid contact details, or you are welcome to call and check in on your device progress.
